      2. The number of units required.
      3. Lid numbers and talk group information.
    3. Step Three:
Provincial Public Safety Telecommunications Network project staff will evaluate the request and:
      1. Determine the number of units available.
      2. Program the units to be deployed and ensure the radio(s) are fully operational.
      3. Inventory the deployment.
      4. Arrange for deployment to the requesting agency at the requesting agencies expense.
    4. Step Four:
Upon receipt of the replacement equipment the agency will:
      1. Acknowledge receipt of the equipment.
      2. Confirm the operational status.

  4. General:
    1. All monthly subscriber, maintenance and repair costs of the loaner equipment will be the responsibility of the receiving agency.
    2. Damage and loss of equipment will be the responsibility of the requesting agency.
    3. Requesting agencies with equal priority needs will be accommodated on a “first come - first serve” basis.
    4. Once deployment of new radio system occurs, all radios and equipment will be returned to the Office of the Fire Commissioner.
