Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Board

The Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Board is established under The Boiler And Pressure Vessel Act, 1999 to hear appeals against a decision of the Chief Inspector appointed under the Act and to advise the Minister on matters concerning The Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act, 1999 and The Boiler and Pressure Vessel Regulations.
