Building Standards Events

The Building Standards Workshop is meant to engage building code users and develop better understanding of code provisions and their application. The fall 2008 workshop in Moose will address select provisions of Section 3.2 Building Fire Safety. This workshop will be of interest to building officials, building owners and managers, architects, professional engineers, fire officials, contractors, students, interior designers, manufacturers, retailers and wholesalers of building products and other code users.

The Canadian Commission on Building and Fire Codes (CCBFC) invites all Canadians to take part in its annual fall public review of proposed changes to the national construction codes developed by the CCBFC in partnership with the provinces/ territories, and the National Research Council Canada.
